Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm

Can I place an order for in-store pickup?

Of course! You’re welcome to place an order over the phone or by email, and we’ll have it ready for you to pick up at your convenience.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes! We’re proudly dog friendly and always happy to meet your pups. Bring them by for a treat and a little love.

Do you accept new vendor submissions?

We’re always excited to discover beautiful, thoughtfully made goods that fit our shop’s spirit. If you think your products would be a great match, please email us your line sheet, lookbook, or a bit about your brand at hello@bluebirdmercantilelb.com.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love everything you find at Bluebird. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of purchase, with original tags attached and a receipt. For gifts, we’re happy to offer store credit.

Please note: Vintage items, select personal care products, and items from independent vendors may have their own return and exchange policies and are often final sale. We encourage you to check the specific policy for these items at the time of purchase.
